How to use

We offer free shipping on orders of at least 499 SEK in a single purchase.
For orders under 499 SEK, a shipping fee of 66 SEK applies within Sweden.
How Do I Change My Order?
Changes cannot be made once an order has been completed.
If the order has not yet been processed, cancellation may be possible, but cannot be guaranteed.

Delivery Notification
Once your package has been shipped, you will receive a notification with tracking information.

I Haven’t Received My Package
The package remains at the pickup point for a period defined by DHL policy.
If not collected in time, it will be returned to our warehouse.

If a package is not picked up, it will be returned to our warehouse.
You have two options:
– Have the package reshipped for a shipping fee of 120 SEK.
– Receive a refund of the purchase amount minus the shipping fee (120 SEK).

If incorrect information is provided, the package may be returned.
The same terms apply as for uncollected packages.
Right of Withdrawal & Returns
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product.

The product must be unopened and in its original packaging to be approved.
Return Conditions
The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and undamaged.
Opened or used items cannot be returned for hygienic reasons.
Claims

If approved, MÖRINZ will cover all shipping costs and refund the product value.
