User instructions:−

Apply to clean, towel-dried hair.

Comb the whole to favor its distribution.

Leave on for 3-5 minutes

Rinse thoroughly before styling.

Glycerin: with moisturizing and conditioning properties.

Panthenol: A multifunctional vitamin with moisturizing, nourishing and conditioning properties, it penetrates the hair to keep it hydrated, flexible and full of body.

We offer free shipping on orders of at least 499 SEK in a single purchase.
For orders under 499 SEK, a shipping fee of 66 SEK applies within Sweden.

How Do I Change My Order?

Changes cannot be made once an order has been completed.
If the order has not yet been processed, cancellation may be possible, but cannot be guaranteed.

Delivery Time

Orders received before 1:00 PM are usually processed the same day.
Delivery time is 1–5 business days.
Delays may occur during high season or holidays.

Delivery Notification

Once your package has been shipped, you will receive a notification with tracking information.
The package is sent via DHL, and you will receive an SMS or email stating where to collect it.

Track Your Package

You will receive a tracking number via SMS or email.
Use this number to track your shipment through DHL.

I Haven’t Received My Package

The package remains at the pickup point for a period defined by DHL policy.
If not collected in time, it will be returned to our warehouse.

If a Package Is Not Picked Up

If a package is not picked up, it will be returned to our warehouse.
You have two options:
– Have the package reshipped for a shipping fee of 120 SEK.
– Receive a refund of the purchase amount minus the shipping fee (120 SEK).

Incorrect Information

If incorrect information is provided, the package may be returned.
The same terms apply as for uncollected packages.

Right of Withdrawal & Returns

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product.
A return shipping fee of 120 SEK applies.
The product must be unopened and in its original packaging to be approved.

Return Conditions

The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and undamaged.
Opened or used items cannot be returned for hygienic reasons.

Claims

If you receive a defective product, you may file a claim by emailing Info@morinz.se.
If approved, MÖRINZ will cover all shipping costs and refund the product value.

Other

MÖRINZ reserves the right to adjust shipping and return fees when necessary.
